  • Copilot Chat (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise) is a secure, conversational AI tool for general-purpose queries and brainstorming. 
  • nebulaONE is a UNT System–specific platform that allows users to build and deploy AI agents tailored to campus needs, with integrations like Canvas currently being piloted  

Who can use these tools, and how do I get access? 

Access depends on your role and licensing: 

  • M365 Copilot is available to licensed users across the UNT System. 
  • Copilot Chat is available to all users with enterprise credentials. 
  • nebulaONE is being rolled out in phases, with access coordinated through campus IT and project leads.

Is my data safe when using these AI tools?

Yes. All tools are governed by enterprise-grade security and compliance standards. Copilot Chat and M365 Copilot are covered under Microsoft’s data protection policies, and nebulaONE is hosted in a secure UNT System environment .
